Ron has been involved in racing for twenty plus years both from the hot pits and behind the wheel. As crew chief supporting Showroom Stock, Production, Spec Miata, Pro MX5 Cup, GrandAM Miller Cup Mustangs and in 2011 working on both World Challenge GTS and GrandAm GS Mustangs. He earned his National Competition License, but found that he preferred building cars which led him to three National Championships as crew chief in E-Production

          Beginning in 2006, RPMotorsport moved into pro-racing with two years of Mazda MX5 Cup and with the inception of Miller Cup Mustangs based in Utah,  RPMotorsport  joined the series with drivers Pratt Cole of Salt Lake City and Brad Adams of New Orleans for 2008 & 2009 seasons and joining the team in 2010 a promising young driver from Salt Lake City, Ben Crosland. 2011 found us on the road with World Challenge and GrandAm with Brad Adams and Ben Crosland. Completing the season with a 6^th for Brad and a 4^th and Rookie of the Year for Ben. Plus the special honor of GTS Crew of the Year.

          Paula started in racing, supporting Sports Car Club of America Formula Atlantic’s, Production and IMSA GT light cars before becoming involved in Solo racing earning five National Championships, Solo Driver of the Year and The Solo Cup. She worked for the Sports Car Club of America as field staff for thirteen years before moving to Utah and returning to road racing.

Ron and Paula campaign a D-Prepared Mazda Miata in SCCA Solo Events. Which was featured in a  Mazda Racing Commercial
